That’s definitely NOT a 4 star hotel.
Location is great but we’ve been sent to a separate building. Traveled with baby trolley, the lift can only fit one person. My husband had to lift the trolley up and down the whole time.
The wall in the room is super thin, can hear next door’s breathe almost. Toilet flush, shower and singing.
The shower gel wasn’t sealed, filled with reuse bottles I believe. We have 4 bottles with different color contents.

Great hotel and very comfortable room. The staff is incredibly accommodating and helpful. As a first time Rome visitor they have helped make thus trip very comfortable.
Not a better boutiqe hotel in the area. Clean, comfortable, secure, and quiet. Air-conditioning works great. Well-appointed rooms with washcloths, coffee pot, and refrigerator. Minutes from many major attractions and restaurants all around.

The main thing going for this hotel is the location. Walking distance from the Colosseum and Forum and 16 minutes walk from the Trevi fountain. Plenty of eateries around, and cute shops. The hotel itself is not a 4 star. The rooms are very small, and so is the bathroom. The room key is what turns the electricity on and it must be kept inserted in its slot/box to keep everything operating. So, when you leave the room, the AC turns off and you come back to a hot room. The hot water kettle can only be plugged in in the bathroom. Definitely not worth what they charge.
The location of the hotel was perfect! Few 100 meters from the colosseum and other attractions, right in the city centre.
The service was very good.
Max at the reception was so helpful with suggestions and tips around Rome city.
Rooms were clean and pretty
Avoid this hotel if your reservation includes the phrase “separate building”.
They have the main building and a separate building called “annex”. And the separate building means the annex, which is of a very different quality. 2-stars at best. The interior decor was very old and the stairs leading to the room smelled moldy, and the room making was spotty (they gave/refilled amenities only like 2 days out of 6-day stay, put a used towel in the wash basin to absorb water and didn’t remove it, …)
Also read all other 1 / 2-star reviews. They are all complaining about the same thing.
The location is fine. 10-min walk to the colosseum. But I think you can get other similar 2-star hotels with a much cheaper price if you are to book the annex.
Wow!! What a fantastic hotel ❤️ Staff are so welcoming!! Exceptionally clean and our room was really comfy. The location is just perfect 20 mins walk to all the main places to see, we had 2 nights and this savedso much time, we visited Rome for our 30th Wedding Anniversary and staying here made our visit really special. THANK YOU we will be back x

The staff was super friendly, informative and helpful. My room was charming and well kept, clean and air conditioned. The location is 11/10 so close to everything. I would definitely recommend.
